Three Wheels Conductor Pulleys are used for stringing 2 or 3 conductors on overhead transmission line. The central wheel is made of steel, or aluminum alloy, or MC nylon. The conductor wheels are made of aluminum alloy, or MC nylon.

Application: It is suitable to string two or three stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The size 400mm, 508mm, 660mm, 822mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene. 1160mm nylon wheel can be lined with Polyurethane。
Customer can require the stringing blocks with packing of steel frame case, easy for transportation and protection.
Note:
1. Clevis fitting are optional, please specify when ordering. Customized blocks could be supplied on request. The data in the model means the outer diameter of sheave X width of sheave (mm).
2. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings. The frame of blocks is made in galvanized steel.
Aluminum wheels are available with 400mm, 508mm, 660mm, 822mm diameter, can be also lined with neoprene rubber.
Helicopter type three wheels stringing blocks are also available.
All the stringing pulley blocks are tested before ex-works.
